The site was previously used as a car park, the land is zoned Mixed Housing Urban under the Auckland Unitary Plan, making it well-suited for medium-density development. Thoughtful planning and design will ensure high-quality housing while enhancing the surrounding area.

Project Completion

This comprehensive redevelopment project is now transforming a combined 2.4 ha site, into a thriving new community of quality architecturally designed two and three storeyed two- & three-bedroom Units, plus basement parking.

This is the first couple of stages providing an initial 30 Units of an on-going multi-staged development alongside existing and proposed commercial and retail operations that will make a significant contribution to the local community & Auckland’s Northshore.

Horizon is providing the full suite of surveying and land development services to bring our client’s long-term vision to life, including:
