Looking to the Horizon

We are proud to have sponsored Heart Place Hospital's Golf Day last month, which successfully raised over $25,000 to support frontline healthcare workers. This initiative provides essential advice, support, and tools to help those in frontline roles maintain their well-being and continue their invaluable work.

We are passionate about supporting the Mangawhai community - and are always interested in sponsoring local events that make a difference.

Mangawhai East Proposed Plan Change

Joe attended the Mangawhai East Proposed Plan Change Open Day in Mangawhai. Recent statistics show the Kaipara region is growing rapidly with over 500 new residents each year. The purpose of the private plan change is to provide a boarder coordinated plan for future development, that delivers enhanced outcomes for the community over the long term.

Creating a masterplan that goes beyond ten year planning ensures the communities are offered attractive environments that are walkable and have enhance functionality. The masterplan provides a diverse range of housing and business options that cater to the needs of the community. This allows for more effective planning for budgeting and infrastructure and fosters a share vision for the Mangawhai community.

The specialist design team have carefully planned a proposal that protects the spirit of the community and looks to enhance it’s biodiversity.

This proposed plan change is one of three currently being proposed for Managwhai.
