Devich Road, Mangawhai

We have recently completed a 4-Lot Rural Lifestyle subdivision in the Kaipara District. 

The resource consent was prepared utilising an environmental benefit whereby planting of ecological features were undertaken. The project also involved the construction of a rural access. Horizon was tasked with undertaking the surveying for this project, this included the topographical survey for design of the access, set out of the legal survey of the access and completion of the legal survey for the completion of the subdivision. This development provided an efficient use of the land, whilst also restoring the natural habitat.
