The resource consent for this project was achieved through an environmental benefit approach, incorporating the planting of ecological features to enhance biodiversity and restore natural habitats. This thoughtful integration of development and conservation ensures that the land remains both productive and sustainable for future generations.

A key component of the project was the construction of a rural accessway, designed to provide safe and efficient entry to the newly created lots. Horizon played a pivotal role in the surveying process, including:
