Key requirements of this role are:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sound Knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991
- Strength and experience in dealing with District and Regional Councils
- Appropriate Planning, Resource Management, Geography or Social Sciences degree
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Remuneration will be commensurate on skills and experience for the role. To be the successful candidate, you will have a planning qualification and be well organised, with excellent communication and computer skills. Relevant work experience is essential.
